This page explains what happens to the details you send through the OpenICT website.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you pick and your message.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, arrange a consultation. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
- The OpenICT team members who handle enquiries.
- Our email delivery provider, which passes your message to us.
- Our website host, which keeps ordinary technical logs such as IP addresses for security and reliability.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not set tracking cookies. It remembers two small preferences in your browser (whether you chose slide view or normal scrolling, and that you have seen the intro). Fonts and icons are served from this site, not from third parties.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, then we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you. Use the contact form and say so in your message.
